Jennifer Scarberry, CEO & Founder
Ms. Jennifer Scarberry is the CEO and Founder of AAAExecutives. Originally established in 2015, her vision was to take her knowledge, experience, and expertise of the Animal Health market and work with companies seeking to enter the U.S. market in need of a business and management consultant. Her business quickly evolved to an impressive roster of partner organizations, expanding well beyond the scope of animal health. She has added highly successful executive consultants and business leaders to AAAExecutives, to continue to grow and support her network of customers with the goal to make AAAExecutives a leading management consulting top firms.
Jennifer started her sales career at the age of 20, and was awarded President's Club her first full year in sales. As her career developed and evolved, she progressed into roles as: Account Manager, National Field Sales Trainer, Regional Manager, Division Manager, Area Sales Director, National Sales Director, CEO & President. She takes pride in her leadership skills, accomplishments, and the future sales leaders she has hired, coached, mentored, and trained.
Jennifer has built and developed Go-To-Market (GTM) sales strategies for a multitude of companies, bringing each to success for their GTM strategy and execution. Jennifer's knowledge base in leadership roles extend to the areas of: automotive, healthcare, diagnostics, pharmaceuticals, EHR and EMR, telehealth, disposables, capital equipment, OTC, pet, veterinary/animal health, business development (BD) with advanced expertise in management, operations, sales, contract negotiations, data analytics, enterprise solutions, manufacturing, distribution, diagnostics, capital equipment, nutrition and pharmaceuticals. She is experienced in sales leadership in the U.S. and Canada - with additional market exposure to European markets in EU (Animal Health).
Jennifer's leaderships skills and abilities extend to an ever-broadening base of business knowledge. She immerses herself in new industries, new innovation, new technology, and new Team(s). She is the Founder, CEO and President of AAAExecutives - building partnerships in the automotive, healthcare, pharmaceutical, diagnostic, business development (BD) and animal health sectors. She helps organizations achieve their business objectives, identifies risk and opportunities, and implements plans to facilitate strategic growth. She enjoys the excitement of working with business to achieve their goals, and relishes the role of startup CEO consultant.
Jennifer has been called to serve on several boards, and was previously the U.S. Leadership Representative for BAYPAC (Bayer Healthcare Political Action Committee). She has a track record of being a key advisory member within her Board positions. Her Board interests are in the Automotive, Healthcare, and Animal Health business sectors.
